Now Playing Cards were developed by Florida business leader Mike Panaggio, who employed key concepts, found in our business philosophy decks, to build his own dynamic businesses, DME and DME Sports Academy among others.

Mike's commitment to sports and leadership started early, as a coach’s son. His father, Mauro Panaggio left his mark on the professional level as the winningest coach in the history of the Continental Basketball Association, the former developmental league for the NBA. Mike played basketball for SUNY at Brockport, racking up school records and impressive stats that have stood the test of time. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the university decades ago.  Mr. Panaggio's basketball family didn't end with Mike's career.  His brother Dan Panaggio, a successful pro coach, enjoyed a storied career with several clubs including the Portland Trailblazers, Phoenix Suns, Shanghai Sharks, and the Los Angeles Lakers, where he was a scout under legendary Head Coach, Phil Jackson.  Currently, Mike and Dan's sons (Matt and Michael), are enjoying stints as head coaches for prep school teams here in Daytona Beach.  

Mike grew his company, DME, from a start-up employing seven people to a top sales company that has grown into a print and production facility that also specializes in merchandising, direct mail, plus auto & sports marketing. In 2015, Mike and his brother Dan founded DME Academy to better serve student athletes from Daytona Beach and around the world at this competitive private school.google-site-verification: google45d36599873cec4f.html
